What to Expect
Enjoy a villa with a private terrace and garden setting at Xandari. The property has three swimming pools, two heated outdoor Jacuzzis, scenic trails and waterfalls. Villas use natural cross ventilation and ceiling fans; air conditioning is not provided. Specific villa numbers and bedding are subject to allocation.

Requirements & Restrictions
- Occupancy above three requires one of the larger West Hill layouts; allocation must be confirmed.
- Children age 3 and younger have no additional-person charge, but still count toward the villa’s total occupancy.

- 2027 High: US$407.00 per night for the base occupancy.
- 2027 Holiday: US$443.00 per night for the base occupancy.
Booking & Availability
Select check-in and check-out dates and enter every guest’s age. Each night is priced using the corresponding season, including stays crossing a season or year boundary. The 2026 tariff runs January 3, 2026–January 2, 2027; the 2027 tariff runs January 3, 2027–January 2, 2028. High season is January 3–April 30 and November 15–December 23; green season is May 1–November 14; holiday season is December 24–January 2. Availability, bedding and special requests require written confirmation from the supplier.

Cancellation Policy
The supplier’s individual-reservation table lists no charge more than 30 days before arrival, 25% for 30–15 days, 50% for 14–7 days, and 100% fewer than six days before arrival. The supplied table does not specify the six-day point; request written confirmation for that case. Holiday stays (December 24–January 2) are non-refundable when cancelled 60 days or less before arrival. Group reservations have different conditions.
